Procedures

Just as no key fits every lock, no single procedure fits every patient. Over the past twenty-five years, many different procedures have been described and used for breast augmentation. One important determinant in the selection of a particular procedure is the thickness of the breast gland, and measuring this thickness is a routine part of the pre-surgical process. The thickness of the breast gland is helpful in determining which specific procedure is best for each individual patient. There are other factors to consider as well, and these will be discussed at your complimentary consultation with Dr. Herring.
